If you are exercising regularly and you are still not losing weight then you will have to analyze your workout and your food consumption. Ideally, being moderate with your food intake is the best solution, but it is easier said than done, especially when there is a lot of scrumptious high caloric food tempting you. To avoid overeating you have to be a little organized and plan ahead so that you do not get so hungry that you become irrational and end up eating everything in sight. For example, if you are going out to dinner, try eating a healthy snack before you go. This will cause you to be a little less hungry and you will be less likely to eat as much high calorie food. You also must ensure that you are performing enough cardiovascular exercise to help burn off those extra calories. Noticeable results can be seen if you perform 20-45 minutes of cardio 3-5 times each week.
